Bonuses for State Employees
This post is going to walk dangerously close to the line of acceptability but I have read and re-read it a number of times and feel this is too important of subject to get out in the open given it’s relationship to my day-to-day job. This should not be interpreted as a representation of the State of Iowa in my professional duties toward them. This is simply my personal views of the subject of bonuses in the public sector.
